This immaculate holiday home is located between North and South Bay in Carrickalinga. This home offers excellent sea and headland views from the open plan living area and outdoor deck. This property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to sleep up to 8 people, 1 bathroom with shower in the corner spa bath.
Large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the modern features, R/C air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Sip wine and watch the beautiful sunset over Carrickalinga beach. Fish cleaning facilities are also available.

Location: Two streets back from the beach
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 - 3 bedrooms - 2 queens, 1 double futon, 1 bunk bed
Bathroom: Corner spa bath - shower head is over the spa bath (showe in spa bath)

Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat and face washer

Great destination for a family holiday

Wow. What a relaxing place to stay for a family holiday. Indoor / Outdoor living created enough space for 2 families with young children and more than enough space to host close friends and family during the day and evening. A short walk to Carrickalinga beach, a great area to go running to Normanville and surrounds, close to Normanville for essential supplies, but far enough away for relaxing. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful house. We'll certainly be back. Nick

Great views

On arrival at the house, we had difficulty getting in due to not noticing the security stick of timber in the runner of the front screen door preventing it from being opened. We frustratingly tried the other two doors with no success and finally realised what needed to be done. A heads up on this would have been helpful. The outdoor furniture & BBQ are stored inside the house & the glass table is very heavy needing two people to manhandle out the door onto the deck. I struggled with my bad back. There is a strip of wedge shaped timber to help get the BBQ out & in again. The house has a unique design & is light & airy. In hot weather, consider using the awnings beside the driveway to prevent the sun from heating up the lounge. The view from the deck is great. The lovely beach is quite close, just a short walk. There are a lot of dining options in nearby Normanville & Yankalilla but be aware of the opening hours & days which caught us out a few times. No pets is a bonus to us. We dont want to stay in a place where someone has let their pets have the run of the house. We werent told to bring a bath mat which I think is essential as the bathroom floor is quite slippery to get out of the spa tub which has the shower over it. Also it would help to bring a tea towel. There were a few items provided (toilet paper, garbage bags & detergent) which we were advised to bring with us unnecessarily. My husband & I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. I enjoyed going through the pile of magazines provided. The welcome folder has lots of tourist info. A word of warning; there are no street lights so if you go for a sunset walk on the beach, take a torch so you can find you way back again.
