Upstairs there is a huge lounge area with plenty of seating in a layout that provides separate areas for different needs. leading out onto a large covered balcony with good views. The access to Middle Beach is across the road. Middle Beach is a large, secluded beach which few people use and is ideal for relaxing or surfing, be aware though that this beach is unpatrolled.

It has off street parking for two cars and secure off street parking for a large boat.
