There is also a pool in the complex (open for the Summer season October to April however no refunds if closed by Strata for water testing or any other reasons).
The Unit - This unit is on the ground floor, with a grassed area out the front and filtered water views. There is an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player and a full kitchen with a cook-top, oven, microwave and a full fridge. Two bedrooms (queen bed and a tri bunk), one bathroom with a shower and a bath and an internal laundry with a washer and a dryer. Plus two undercover secure car spaces (steps from the garage to the unit).

Apartment smelt of vomit, agent did nothing after initial or subsequent complaint. You have to make the beds yourself with ill fiting sheets. Stained Duvet covers not washed. Human hair left on shower wall and bathroom floor.

Great location!
Location was great, close to the marina, grocery shopping, and the beach.
The apartment did welcome us with a strong smell of cleaning chemicals upon entering on the first day, no biggie though.
There was hair on the couches which we could have done without.
Loved the 2 car spots as well as the view from the porch. Would definitely stay again, if someone poisons the trees outside the bedrooms so those annoying loud magpies disappear and don't wake me every single morning.
