This adorable ground floor unit is located directly across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach. Just step out of your apartment, cross the street and you're on the beach! With its crystal clear waters, white sands and relaxed coastal vibe, Shoal Bay is an idyllic holiday destination for anyone looking for beauty, serenity or adventure – it is undoubtedly one of the prettiest coastal towns in Australia and has so much to offer. The beach boasts great swimming and you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter), and just a 150m stroll along the foreshore brings you to a delicious array of places to eat and drink, plus a selection of shops. At the eastern end of the bay, 600m from your apartment, is magnificent Tomaree National Park which offers spectacular views of the stunning Port Stephens coastline from its summit. There are also plenty of walking and bike tracks on offer, and just a 5-minute drive will take you to Nelson Bay.
Your air-conditioned unit has a fantastic front courtyard where you can sit, relax and watch the boats go by. This flows directly indoors to the comfortable lounge area, which has plenty of seating and a 42" LCD flat screen TV with DVD, VHS and CD player, while the dining area features a 6-seater dining table and opens out to a common grassed area to the rear of the property. Another door leads to a single gated parking area and a cosy courtyard with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove top and a dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans, and the main bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and sliding door access out to the front courtyard area with fantastic northerly water views. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed and water view, while the 3rd bedroom offers 2 king single beds and a second TV for the kids game consoles only. There are 2 bathrooms for your convenience, one with a bathtub, shower and toilet and the other with a shower and toilet. An internal laundry offers a washer and dryer.

Another great holiday in this unit. Close to all shops, county club and just cross the road straight to the beach. We keep coming back every year, it’s our happy place and the kids love ‘Shoaling’ every year. Hopefully wifi will be available in the unit next year.

We were regular visitors to this unit over 20 years ago. It was pleasing to see the unit has been tastefully upgraded with new kitchen, comfortable beds and fresh paint. We loved sitting on the front verandah watching the water & sunsets. We will definitely return to this unit in the future.

Our family has been coming to this property for the past 5 years and Shoal bay always turns the weather on for us. The property is unique in Shoal bay as you walk out the door across the road and you’re on the beach no stairs, great for young families.
