This beautiful, stylish split level home islocated on the high side of Corlette with 180 degree water views across Port Stephens from both floors.

The upper level offers open plan and air conditioned living with a large flatscreen TV, Foxtel and a Sonos sound system, a Jetmaster fireplace, leading out to a balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor table and a coffee corner taking in those views! The dining area seats up to twelve guests and there is a gourmet kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, large fridge plus a second beverage fridge, Nespresso coffee maker (BYO pods) and a walk in pantry scullery with a dishwasher and ice maker. Also on the upper level is the master bedroom with direct access to the balcony, a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite. This floor has a bathroom with a full body rain shower, and another great feature being a seperate study nook complete with computer scrrens and a printer.

Bathroom 2: Powder room (toilet, vanity)

The lower level has a second living area with a Flatscreen TV and Foxtel and four bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds (can be joined on request) and the fourth with two single beds and a king single bunk), plus two more full bathrooms (one with a bath). The lower level has access to the patio, also offering waterviews.

This is our Third stay. We love it. Caters for our large group of 8-9. Heaps of room. Has everything you need for the catering department to cook up a storm. We'll be back again next year !

This was the perfect home for our group of 10. The view was amazing and the home itself is just that - a home - not some holiday stay or display home. Don’t get me wrong, it is absolutely beautiful, extremely luxurious, wonderfully comfortable, I could go on. But beyond all that it felt homely and was perfect for us to relax. We loved it and would go back in a heart beat - in fact one couple from Melbourne is looking at bringing friends of theirs for a stay early next year. Do it!

Views, luxury and every convenience!

We stayed here in February with two families and a couple of grandparents. We enjoyed a 180 degree view of the bay meaning the oldies did not miss out while the young ones went to the beach. This is a clean, spacious and very comfortable house with thought given to every convenience for the guests. We were constantly being surprised at the little things we discovered (like coffee pods, spare plastic shopping bags, spare fans, every size and shape of drinking glass, abundant crockery and cutlery so you don’t have to keep washing, etc etc). The oversized dining table was much appreciated. The only negative was the dishwasher which was not operating as expected so we ended up hand washing. This is a great property if you want to be a little distance away from the noise and traffic of the more touristic spots. We really loved this house - thank you!

The property is awesome! I did not miss one thing during our girls' weekend away. There was plenty of space for 12 adults. Rooms are spacious, three bathroom are certainly welcome and the unobstructed views from the balcony, top and bottom rooms are invaluable. This property will be in our minds forever. We enjoyed every bit of it!

Phuza Maningi was perfect. It was the best place we’ve stayed at in the area in 6+ years we have been coming up. It accommodated all 12 of us easily and had everything we thought we might need and more. The view was magic and the place was clean and bright. I will certainly recommend it to others.
