The pool is heated and has a hot tub! Inside there are 2 full baths and 1 half bath, the living room has a pull out couch to sleep 2 more! Washer and dryer are on the second floor, plus an awesome balcony to watch the street below

Key West Gem !

825 Southard had everything we wanted and more! We had family and some friends visit over a two month period Jan/Feb 2022! Best vacay me and my wife EVER had ! Glenn and Karen, the property owners were awesome and helpful - what a property! Close to everything Key West has to offer and also a nice sanctuary when we didnt wanna go to DuVal ! Whether it was relaxing on the large porch watching the Conch Train go by or hanging out in the extra large living room or relaxing in the pool/Spa - it was spectacular all the way around. Everything you would need away from home is here - come listen to the Roosters and have some fun !!Let me tell you - this place is gold ! Take your family on a special vacation and rent this historic home - you wont be disappointed !!
