Luxury Executive Apartment is a gorgeous resort-style gated-community complex ,master planned community in League City, Texas. which is also home to the spacious South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center, NASA/Space Center Houston, attractive recreational areas and a vast of the most desirable upscale restaurants and shopping centers.
The community is also in close proximity to a marina, a 70,000 square foot fitness center, miles of bike/hike trails, the University of Houston Clear Lake, Kemah Recreational Area, and a collection of thriving residential neighborhoods. Ask for minimum stay .The area s retail, entertainment and restaurants are either at walking distance or a few minutes by car.

Additionally, other area s daily fee courses include Clear Lake Country Club, Clear Creek Golf Course, and Glenbrook Golf Course and Southwyck; all within a 10 mile radius.

Winter in Texas

The condo was as advertized and in a great location with easy access to Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, Houston and Galveston. Franklin and Rosa were awesome and very responsive when we had questions. The condo is in a friendly complex with lots of amenites and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay at this location again when in the area.

The perfect getaway !

This property was really nice and perfectly located, about 30 min to Houston or Galveston Beach, but we were even more excited when we discovered Kemah Boardwalk which is just 5 min away. There were plenty of things to do, our list included a trip to the Houston Aquarium, Space Center Houston, Pappadeaux Restaurant, just to name a few. There is also a Tanger Outlet nearby if you like to shop ! We will definitely be back for another stay. The neighbor were nice and friendly as well, we enjoyed calling this place home for the week !

Perfect condo

We stayed at this condo during the historic weather event in Texas Feb 2021. Franklin checked on us to make sure we were doing OK; he was easily accessible for any questions. The condo is very clean, well stocked with kitchen items. The bathroom is quite large. Comfortable bedding! The next time we are visiting family in League City we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect 1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment for Two Month Stay

The apartment is clean, secure, comfortable, nicely decorated and loaded with all the things needed to live. The appliances higher end, relatively new and working great; in many cases better than we have in our home. The location was perfect for us and very convenient to NASA, Kemah, Galveston and more. The restaurant and shopping options were many, all being modern, clean and easily accessible. Our host (Franklin) is beyond great, being very responsive to every concern or need. We loved the assigned covered parking. Being on the 2nd floor was actually a blessing. There are garages under the apartment so noise was never a concern. The 19 steps were not difficult to go up and down, The complex is large but well maintained and being gated had little traffic. I just can't say enough good things about this apartment and would certainly stay again.
