Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
14 people max but flexible with additional children 6 car MAX at all times No hot tub use allowed from 10 pm to 8 am per county code
Strict Noise ordinance at all times but especially after 10 pm.. any disturbance of the peace will result in possible citation just FYI..
Bears are in the area so be aware at all times… keep windows and doors closed and don’t leave food out
