This lakeside location property is situated on one of the only flat blocks in Goughs Bay on the waters edge. Ample parking and easy access for boating enthusiasts. Park in front with direct access to front door-no staircases to climb.
Newly renovated, including all new beds, flooring, carpet, kitchen and heating/cooling. Nestled on the edge of a nature reserve, giving you ample view of local wildlife such as kangaroos, echidnas, wombats and deer. Panoramic mountain views; this is the ideal location for your next family adventure.
3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 with X2 sets of bunk beds to sleep a total of 8. Ideally set up for families; open plan living with full kitchen and dining to seat 8 and a comfortable lounge space. Maximum of 4 adults per booking which is managed strictly.
Kitchen includes oven and cooktop, full fridge and freezer, microwave, all cookware and serving ware, crockery for 8 plus children plastics. Toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, slow cooker and basic condiments provided.
2 bedrooms fitted with queen beds - pillows, mattress protector and doonas provided; plus all linen.
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - pillows, mattress protectors and doonas provided; plus all linen.
Portacot available onsight - must provide own bedding.
PLEASE NOTE: Must also bring own bath towels.
Large LCD smart TV in lounge with Netflix available (must provide own WiFi). DVD player and selection of DVDs available, as well as a variety of adult and children's books. Board games and children toys ready for play. Jumbo size trampoline located in backyard space.
Laundry facilities with all required amenities provided such as washing powder, iron and drying rack/clothes line.
Short stroll to General Store and Bottle shop, walking paths/bike tracks, and water access. Longer walk to caravan park play ground and take away food, and Boat club offering meals and drinks on weekends.
Situated a 15 minute drive from Mansfield, and only 30 minutes drive to Mt Buller which has vast activities in both summer and winter.
This is the ideal location for a family getaway - this apartment is not for party hire. Any damage to property or furnishings will liable to the tenant, with no exceptions.
Ground floor apartment only included in rental agreement, as first floor is unavailable and will be vacant on all booked periods.
Strictly No pets.
