Welcome to "Mickey Mouse Cottage", our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation rental condo in Windsor Hills Resort. Our spacious 1250 sqft condo can comfortably sleep 8 people. We are on the second floor and can be accessed by elevator or by stairs.
Within the resort, our unit is about a 3 minute walk from the resort pool , clubhouse and water park.

Windsor Hills is a 5 star resort which is only 2 miles from the entrance of Disney World. We are the closest gated resort community to Disney.
There are over 80 restaurants, 4 supermarkets, tons of shopping and other attractions within a 5 minute drive from our resort, including a 24 hour Walmart which is just a minute away.

CLEANING:

Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners prior to your arrival.
Special COVID-19 Sanitizing & Cleaning procedures in place for ALL Reservations. We utilize hospital-grade products to clean, disinfect and sanitize. Combating the spread of germs to create a safe living environment for all of our guests is our top priority!

Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid stay cleans, please let us know , so we can give you an updated quote depending on the number of mid-stay cleans you require.

STARTER SUPPLIES:

Like all vacation rentals our home is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper goods and other personal items for their use.

The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit prior to guest’s arrival.

• One toilet paper roll per bathroom
• One small bar of soap per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels
• One dish sponge
• One trash bag in each receptacle
• One dishwasher detergent tab
• One laundry detergent sample
• One small bottle of dish soap
• Starter coffee packet

Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.
