Memories- we can’t weigh them or even count them, yet they are one of the most precious things we possess! Memories made at the beach? Now those are the very best memories! Jade East 1710 is a Destin beachfront condo that makes creating special moments a breeze. From the 17th floor the views of the Gulf of Mexico are spectacular and never-ending. And this unit has literally walls of windows for you to take in all this gorgeousness!

This roomy 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Upscale Beach front condo will sleep 8 and has recently been renovated from floor to ceiling. Everything in the kitchen and bathrooms have been replaced for a sleek and modern feel that is aesthetically pleasing yet functional. The floors are a beautiful driftwood colored wood plank that lets the beauty of the new furniture, lighting and artwork shine through. Not only is 1710 a beauty to behold but it’s practical as well a with full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests of Jade East and Newman Dailey also enjoy deeded beach access, seasonal beach service, a gulf-front pool and spa deck, tennis courts, and a community grilling area. Moreover, just beyond Jade East’s gates you’ll find numerous attractions, restaurants, golf and shopping. Enjoy the best Destin has to offer at Jade 1710!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No tents or canopies allowed on beach.

Great Thanksgiving Break

The second I walked into the condo, I felt all the stress that I deal with as a teacher and mother of three melt away. That’s saying a lot. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great break for our family.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found a gem. The decor was impeccable and the views were amazing. The weather wasn't great, but we still had a great time, because we had a wonderful place to stay. We will be staying in this condo from now on. Don't hesitate! You will love this place!

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend

The place was absolutely beautiful and the views of the ocean were exquisite. We had a small problem the first night (we were goofy and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water) and they responded so very quickly, on a Sunday Morning, and helped us figure it out. The condo is located in the right location with anything you want within a short distance. We will definitely be back.

Incredible stay!

Condo was incredible, kitchen fully stocked, clean, great rooms. The view alone is priceless! The ease of getting to the beach was great! Great location to everything in Destin! Overall stay was fabulous tho and we would definitely return. The two guest bedrooms could use some blackout curtains tho because there are lights right outside both windows on the building that you cannot turn off. Some of the light switches in the condo were very confusing also, couldn’t find the light switch for dining room chandelier and some lights wouldn’t turn on with switches on the walls.

Much Needed Family Vacation

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and the location perfect. It was so clean and decorated very nicely. I also appreciated the thought that had gone into having everything stocked that you needed. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you needed and the extra ice maker was so helpful. The other thing that was so nice about this condo was that the three bedrooms were nicely spaced so everyone had their space which is very nice. Will certainly stay here again.

Very nice condo! I wish there was a link to email the owner instead of putting these things on the internet, but here are a few suggestions: Coasters and place mats, we used a paper towel, but others may not care. A dish brush for the dirty dishes. More sleeping pillows, and another throw blanket. The tubs are very slick on the bottom. An older person would have much difficulty with them. The front door, and balcony light bulbs are out. The remote to the T.V. in the living room doesn't work, and the sea foam colored pillow in the master bedroom is stained. No place is perfect, and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The view was amazing, you are right on the beach. Beds are super comfortable. The pool was nice and quite warm (the hot tub was broken, but fixed, then broken, and fixed again). My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars was that my family and I eat in for most meals. So a good kitchen is important. This one looked amazing, and was just… fine. The whole place was very clean and nice, but the kitchen had a weird induction stove top that didn’t work unless you had the perfect pan on the right burner. Also it took over half an hour to pre-heat the top oven to 425 and I just gave up and put the food in at 400. I tried to finish it with the broil feature and it didn’t seem to broil at all. The kitchen is not stocked with basics to cook. Only salt, pepper and some oil. Last thing - the shower in the master bath has a switched up heat/cold - I thought it didn’t go to cold and when I called they knew about the problem for the unit. Again, this was a good rental and I was happy with our experience, just a couple things I would have like to know before renting.

Great location for all restaurants and things do in Destin.

Property was clean needed more towels and toiletries. Chairs and umbrella setup on the beach was not the greatest. Need to set them up closer to the water and does not leave much room to play around in the condos beach area.

Jade East 1710

The condo was very nice and ocean view was beautiful. However, we stayed for 10 days and it was advertised as full kitchen for cooking but actually had very little cookware!! Considering the amount we paid per day they were also VERY chintzy on supplies. (1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, 2 wash cloths per bathroom, ect) We had to go buy a ton of supplies. I’ve never had to purchase so many things to stay somewhere. Hope you at least leave the extra washcloths I bought for the next people to use.
