Hideaway is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with Gulf Access near Tarpon Point Marina and wester exposure views.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large game area, with a multi gaming table that features ping pong and air hockey) offering breathtaking views of the pool and lanai. The family room is located behind the kitchen and dining area which features a large sectional couch for watching TV. the den is located behind the living room with French doors and set up as an office.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Hideaway features beautiful décor reflecting the owner taste; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms.
The guest suites are on the right side of the home with a shared hallway bathroom, the main suite is on the left side of the home with its own en-suite bathroom and patio access.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
