Custom tiny house w/ a great mix of rustic urban farm feel and all amenities that you need to be comfortable in Midtown. Includes kitchen, washer and dryer*, bedroom loft, living space, & full restroom. Near downtown, Montrose, medical center, UH, Rice and more.

*The washer and dryer is available for your use. These W/D combo units are not the best and often take more time to finish a load, since it can take a long time, please be sure to not depend on it for any urgent schedule or at the end of your checkout. Plan to use them over night or well ahead of time so it won t delay your plans.

By staying at our tiny house you will be 7 minutes (1.8miles) from Toyota Center, 2min from Station Museum of Contemporary Art, and less than 15 minutes from Downtown Aquarium, Museum District, and more.

We take pride for what we consider a tiny urban farm in the middle of town that we re working on, you will probably be welcomed by some friendly chickens while carrying your luggage inside the house (we can t guarantee that) , and if available during your stay, fell free to ask for fresh eggs. We ll also provide some chicken feed that you can use to feed them.

We are located in the end of the street, so parking in front of the house is free and plentiful.

1 NIGHT REQUESTS: By default we do 2 nights minimum but sometimes we have single nights available between other books. Those are the only dates we can allow single night stays.

Open for short term and long term guests. Loft space does require climbing a ladder so be mindful of that when making your reservations.

Since it s pretty much a "mobile home" and it s newly built, it comes with unique needs and we re asking each guest to give us input on how to make the experience better and any custom accommodations.

- WIFI access both in tiny house and main house

- Large LCD TV and can be used as a computer monitor (HDMI)

- House also uses secure access door code
