Don’t look any further! You will love this private,cozy, and super clean 1 bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There are two dining areas with one adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private ocean view balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day-dream looking at the ocean and boats sailing by. If you prefer to explore the Beachfront area, you can quickly walk to shops and restaurants offering everything from Pizza and burgers to Shrimp and Grits , Catch of the day, or Prime Rib!
The living room is appointed with queen sized sleeper sofa which is set up as a Chaise Sofa for day time use, end table with reading lamp, small glass top coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD, and cable entertainment package. Movies, books, and games are located in the decorative cabinet under the TV. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows captivating ocean views of the beach, pool, private pier.
The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and other items needed to cook your own meals. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are also provided.
The private bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Flat screen TV w/DVD player. The bed is made up of a good quality mattress that sits on a Casper bed foundation. No squeaks or lumps here! The bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. There is also set of built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is clean and brightly decorated with a full tub/ shower.
The location is wonderful! You are located on the beach at the center of the Isle of Palms just a few minutes walk to restaurants and entertainment. You are only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and other great activities.
Our community offers a fresh water sparkling pool. Additionally, there is a coin operated laundry and free WiFi service.
You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views. It will be worth the climb to the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit.
BEACH RULES
The regulations that the City has in place are intended to protect the beach's natural beauty for all to enjoy! No motorized vehicles on beach Personal property left unattended on the beach after sunset may be removed and disposed of Holes dug in the sand should be filled back in for safety Jet Skis and motorboats may not operated in designated swimming areas For your safety, no glass bottles are allowed on the beach No overnight sleeping on beach Please protect our dunes, use the paths Fireworks are prohibited Alcoholic beverages are prohibited Golf carts are not allowed on the beach.

Good location. Great view of beach from balcony and nice relaxing beach. Unit very clean, quiet and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. It is on the 3rd floor, but we're in our 70's and that wasn't an issue. Easy parking. Easy drive to city center.
Our stay at Sea Cabins was delightful! The condo was well maintained and very clean and had everything we needed. Even the outdoor balcony area was clean without a single cobweb!! The view was spectacular and being able to see and hear the ocean was icing on the cake. I appreciated both the lounge chairs and the dining set on the balcony.The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants and the ability to easily walk to them.We appreciated the provision of beach towels, umbrella and chairs but note that the chairs are not typical beach chairs but are camp chairs. So if you’re used to low, reclining beach chairs you may want to bring your own. We would have done so if we had known.Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!!
Was so thankful for the host. She warned me of traffic due to the Cooper River Run and told me I might want to check in early on Saturday. My daughter and began traveling the 8 hour trip on Friday and saw we were going to make it all the way to Charleston. Many hotels were 300-400/ a night!! I messaged and asked if it was possible to check in a night early. She said yes and gave me a great rate! She was communicative and the room was perfect! Would stay there again!
Everything we needed was avaliable. Good for a couple and a couple of small children. Nice location and a lot of restaurants near by. I would rent it again. ( Alot of steps )
Great host! Always communicated back promptly to any question I had. Wonderful sea cabin-the most comfortable “sofa/bed” that I’ve ever had in a sea cabin. Great views and even alittle snow . And great exercise goi g up and down stairs! We’ll be back
The condo unit was clean and overall in very good condition. We enjoyed our stay and have no reason not to choose this condo unit when we return in 2026.
Our stay was magical! The adorable unit was spotless, well equipped with essentials and filled with beautiful decorations. We felt right at home Also, the view of the ocean was spectacular! We enjoyed every minute of our time there. Will be going back very soon.

The people of Charleston are warm and friendly and it’s really easy to fly to Charleston from many major cities. The location of my condo is only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston with great attractions and restaurants. It doesn't get any better!

The unit offers a wonderful layout and Ocean view experience. You will enjoy your time on the balcony or relaxing in the living room watching the boats sail on by. The ocean breezes have a very soothing effect. The condo is equipped with everything you might need to make your experience the best that it can be. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets by the pool just steps from the door. There is only one problem, you will not want to go home!
