Spacious Villa - Next to Pool Sleeps 8 Steps to Beach

This spacious, fully furnished and beautifully decorated beach villa with a full gourmet kitchen is centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach. It's only a 3 minute walk from the WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES, and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

No waiting in lines to check in or extra keys to keep up with while on the beach.

I have a Keyless Entry System. The beach is quiet here because there are no high rises nearby. Close to all attractions, but in an area that's not congested and provides easy access to Front Beach Rd. and Panama City Beach Parkway/Hwy. 98.

The villa is a multi level 3 story (no elevator) with kitchen, dining, living areas and a half bath located on 2nd level. Two bedrooms on 3rd level and a studio private suite on the ground level, with private bath and patio. (Unit is located in the back of the condo complex beside pool)

The villa boasts all the comforts of home including a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with stainless steel kitchen appliances. A Keurig and regular coffee maker is available. It's large and modern with beautiful granite countertops, built in microwave, dishwasher, and full size front loading washer/dryer on pedestals. Everything you will need to enjoy meals with your family and guests.

Netflix, streaming channels and FREE wifi is included.

The villa also features a private covered carport and additional overflow parking is available. Gated pool area for only residents and guests to enjoy.

Its large open floor plan easily accommodates large families, will sleep 8 adult guests comfortably and smaller children on the two twin size pullouts. It also can provide enough space for a pack n play, which is provided, while leaving plenty of room for the kids to spread out in the living area allowing privacy for the adults upstairs. A queen size sofa sleeper is located in the large, open living area on the second level.

I also provide starters only of:

*coffee filters

* bath soap

* dishwasher detergent

*Paper towel

Some folding beach chairs, skim boards, beach toys, are provided for guests use during their stay and are located in the storage box on the carport.

Flat screen Roku TV's are in the living area and all bedrooms and include Netflix streaming service.

All bedroom's have their own private bathrooms. Master bedroom is super spacious! The master includes a large bathroom with double vanity and garden jetted tub for your relaxation after a day at the beach.

It also features a king size bed.

The second bedroom is cozy with a queen size bed and has its own private bath with shower.

The third bedroom is a studio suite, on the ground level, with a small patio and only a few steps away from the pool! There is a queen size bed, refrigerator and microwave, in the studio suite with private bathroom and shower.

The 2nd level balcony has french doors located off the living area that overlook pool and with comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy some relaxing time outdoors.

The 3rd floor balcony is provided with oversized life guard type beach chairs that allow you and guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

With just steps across the two lane street you will be on the amazing white sand more quickly, than if you were staying in a high rise condo on the beach and without the inconvenience of having to wait on elevators or walk down long hallways to your rental.

The location is 4.1 miles and only 8 minutes from Frank Brown Park for guests attending concerts, tournaments and competitions at that venue. Golf cart and scooter rentals are within walking distance, as well as shopping and several restaurants.

Bahama Beach Villa 106, is quiet and within a complex of only 9 villas total and is located in back beside the pool.

It is especially perfect for a large family or three couples to share. Parking is simple and accommodates up to 4 vehicles with additional overflow parking also available on the west side of complex.

The covered parking is directly in front of the entrance door. No large parking garages to drive around looking for a parking space or long walks to your unit....EASY and CONVENIENT!

It's a great location for Thunder Beach Rally guests!! Park your bikes under the covered carport with room to also accommodate bike trailers.

For security purposes and quick communication to our guests when at our property entrance door, we do have a Ring camera on exterior side of front entrance carport door and security camera on exterior carport and ground level exterior back patio. There are ABSOLUTELY NO recording devices on any interior areas of the condo unit.
