Linen - guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced yard, however entrance gates must be closed. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain. Please note -The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property.

Short easy enough walk into town. Property was clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Some basics included would be appreciated. Including toilet paper. Next to none on arrival
Everything was excellent. Only minor thing being no locks on toilet or bathroom. And not sure if owners own front premises too.But if they do and have internet for themselves but they could purchase an extender to give internet to both properties.

The property was close to everything that was good. We didn't like that the air-conditioner didn't work probably and I had my 85 year old mum who has arthritis and the house was cold.
Outstanding communication, the house was even better than the photos. Quiet location, close to town. Everything we needed, including secure driveway and yard.
Everything was great with the house. It was clean and plenty if room for everyone.
The only issue I had was that was no internet service on my phone and I was not able to work remotely.
This information was given to me after I checked in. This should be said during booking time so everyone knows where they stand with the internet.
Also, we went to use the bbq and once we opened the door, we couldn’t close it fast enough. There was rat poo all over the grill and hot plate. Clearly this hasn’t been cleaned in ages!!
