Great place. A little dated but well worth the price. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Golf course is a five minute walk away and the restaurant there was great. Shopping and restaurants no more than ten minutes in every direction. All in all great place

The house was in a private and quiet location and conveniently close to everything, the space was ample, clean, and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the Fairway place during our visit to Paso and will gladly return when in the area again!

The devil's in the details

I think a lot of details were missed by not living there for a week first. Lack of any overhead lightning in the livingroom and dining rooms made their use at night difficult and reading impossible. We were delighted to be welcomed with a bottle of wine only to find there was no opener. The kitchen had a good selection of pots and pans but no colander, tea kettle or cooking knives, just one bread knife. I was happy to find sugar and 2sugar substitutes but no salt! There was no dish soap to clean pans and it was lucky I brought Pam to protect them. There was a very nice selection of shampoos and conditioners in the shower but no handsoap in the bathroom. Kleenex would have been nice. I saw that our host was looking for a 5 star rating... there's a ways to go.

Perfect Paso Property!

6 of us (me, my husband, 2 sisters and hubbys) do an annual Wine-ing trip to Paso. This year we decided to get a house vs hotel rooms. What a great choice this was!! Close to the Wine Tasting and just a few blocks from the golf course. The house was perfect for the 6 of us and the back patio and yard were a beautiful place to relax after our time in town. We're already talking about next year and looking forward to returning.

Could have been better

The home was 'ok'. That shower/tub in the main bathroom wouldn't drain well, so you would have the tub filling up as you were showering, which would leave soapy residue left from your shins down to your feet. The light in the back corner bedroom was burnt out. The pro-pain tank for the BBQ was empty, and had to switch it with one of the other two on the patio, and one of those was empty and the other one was about 1/3 full.. The patio had cobwebs all under the eves and the metal post supports that hold up the patio roof. The kitchen was a little old. They weren't any pot holders in the kitchen. We asked it there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and was told that there were....there wasn't. Overall we had a nice time, but we would choose another place when we vist Paso again.

Sorry you were unhappy . The house is beautiful and you seem hard to please God forbid you had to change a propane tank. I would have come down and changed it for you if I had know about it. Convenient and comfortable

My sister came for a visit and we decided to do a girls trip to Paso with another friend. When I found Candi's property on VRBO I was thrilled with the pictures, but also skeptical as you never know if they are accurate. Well let's just say she and I have similar test in decorating and comfort. This house did not disappoint! Not to mention the proximity to all the amazing wineries, shopping and fun venues. We had long days wine tasting and comfortable evenings bbqing and relaxing by the firepit. The owner answered our call when we had a question on the AC instantly. That does not always happen so we greatly appreciated the quick response. I highly recommend Candi's property!

This is the perfect house for a stay in Paso. It's in a great neighborhood and close to downtown. The house had everything we needed for a wine tasting weekend. We appreciated the list of restaurants recommended by other renters and even added our own. We come up about 3 times a year and will definitely look forward to renting from Candi again!

Perfect in Every Way

This spacious and lovely home was comfortable, convenient to everything and well-kept. Pride of ownership stands out. The backyard is beautiful with an abundance of flowering bushes and natural grasses. We absolutely loved our stay. It was about 2-3 miles to everything, including the old town shops, restaurants and winery tasting rooms.
