About this property

Luxury Ski Condo - Heart of Beaver Creek - St. James Location

Fully serviced condo located within the St. James Place Complex in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. St. James Place offers some of the most spacious condos in Beaver Creek. Our unit has been recently renovated and is extremely comfortable. The condo is located next to the Park Hyatt and just a short 2 min walk from the new escalators to the ski lifts. We are also near the bus stops to Vail and Avon.

Things to Note:
- Sleeps 6 - 1 king, 2 single beds and a sofa bed
- Our unit does not have a mountain view, we look into a courtyard
- Photos of the apartment are not stock photos and are of the actual condo.

Guest Access - The entire apartment is available for your use. There are ski lockers on the PB level and parking on both PB and PA. You will need to use your keycard to access the property. There is usually a free wine and cheese evening every Sunday


The Neighborhood - Beaver Creek is a beautiful, luxury, family resort. The skiing is often fantastic. We have been coming here since 1989 and have seen the village transform into the fantastic friendly resort it is renowned for today.

Getting Around - To get around the village there is a free resort homeowners shuttle called Dial-a-ride. Just call the concierge to arrange.

Great Late Season Ski Trip

This was a great location at St. James Place right on the Beaver Creek village. Convenient with parking, ski lockers, pool/spa area, main lobby very accessible. Easy to get out in the morning and a short walk through the village to the escalators up to the main base area. Condo in good shape, comfortable beds, lots of room. Very well cared for. Hotel like amenities with helpful staff. We were fortunate with two awesome spring days following 27" early April snow storm. Would stay here again.

Great for families - perfect location to mountain

My family had a great 5 day stay at George's condo in Beaver Creek. This was our second stay at St. James and our first in this particular condo. We have a 5 and 7 year old and this condo was perfect. The furnishings were super nice but also kid friendly (I didn't feel my boys would break anything!) and the location is perfect. The St James has a pool and hot tub which is great when you're not skiing and is a win for the kids. The location is steps from the mountain and the concierge service is so helpful (from booking cars to the airport to advice on ski school and booking restaurants). We will definitely be back to the St. James

Perfect mountain retreat

We had such a fabulous time in Beaver Creek we decided to extend our trip! The accommodations were perfect for our family of four (and then some when entertaining a few friends or family for a dinner). Location was great - short walk to ski school, which made getting up and out much easier, and just steps to the village. Every afternoon there was a fun Apres ski activity for families - ice sculptures, smores, juggling acts, etc. The unit is up to date, clean and well kept. It was very comfortable. We felt at home after our days on the mountain. Definitely plan to visit again. The owner was helpful and gracious. Thank you George for a great place to stay.

The apartment is very comfortable, there is cable TV in all three rooms. There is air conditioning and heating(excellent for when there is noise out side) The location is about 100 yards from the lift. The parking is included and spacious the location is close to supermarket and shopping/restaurants The staff is supper friendly The property was clean and well maintained There is a Ski locker included/ don't have to bring equipment to the apt. The owner was very approachable and available to assist with questions will definitely rent it again

Family heaven!

Staying at St James place is like being home away from home! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and it is so extremely accessible to the slopes, it could not be more convenient for skiers! And it's located right in beaver creek village so it's so easy just to walk a few steps to all the great restaurants. Getting down to Avon is also very easy with the Dial-a-ride service and there are good bus transport systems in place to get around the area too! Amazing food, slopes, entertainment for all ages , I've been coming to St James place for years and could not recommend it enough!

My family have been coming to Beaver Creek since 1989. All the kids, myself included, all grew up skiing here and the place has so many happy memories for us.

Why they chose this property

I truly believe this is one of the best located properties in Beaver Creek. It's really close the lifts and is in the heart of the village. The condo is more spacious than the more recent 2bed properties in the village. It is well furnished and stocked with everything you need. If there is anything you find you are missing or need, you can just call the front desk to sort you out.
