Beautiful cozy little cottage

Such a cozy little cottage. Perfect stay and walking distance to the shops in town. Host has BlueBell ice cream for guest that stay and we sat on porch in the rockers eating our Bluebell. The cottage is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a perfect little getaway.

Comfortable, Cozy, and Convenient

This place was just what my wife and I were looking for. Nice quite place with plenty of history and all the amenities we needed. We didn't want for anything. Great host and great little cottage.

this is our second stay and we would definitely stay again spring is great time in the hill country with the bluebonnets chapel hill is near the historic site of Texas independence and the Alamo is a nice day trip away

Perfect Weekend

Sunshine Cottage met all our expectations and more! Loved the front porch rockers and sitting out back. Clean and had all the essentials plus some, we will be bac!

Another great stay at the Sunshine Cottage.

This was our second stay and it was great. It is an excellent location. Everything was perfect and our hostess Suzie was very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more.

Growing up a country girl in the blue grass of Kentucky makes Chappell Hill a natural fit for me. I've lived all over Texas most of my adult life, but now I am finally home.

Why they chose this property

My family farm has always stayed in my heart. I knew some day I could find a place that reminded me of home, and I did when I found our main house with this cottage. I loved the floors and the ship lap walls even though my husband could only see the work involved. Now he loves our little farmhouse and cottage. My dream is to share it with others.
