An additional floor to ceiling brick fireplace is found in the gourmet kitchen. Sliding glass doors from the living room, hallway and two bedrooms to the beautiful patio, complete with a glass table that seats 8 people. The patio has complete privacy with woods surrounding the house.

This house is great for families and for couples. Over 2,400 square feet of living space, all on a single floor. Wide plank hardwood floors. Two bedrooms feature king size beds and are on opposite ends of the house, separated by the Living Room and Kitchen. Each of them has a nearby room that can be used for your children, one features two full size beds while the other features two twin size beds with an adjoining greenhouse room. Sleep 8 to 10 people. There are two full bathrooms, one on each side of the house. One has a tub and shower with double sinks, the other has a shower with a single sink, plus the outdoor shower. Separate laundry room with generous storage and a utility sink.
