This unit is in the golf-course community of Marbella at Spanish Wells. Within 2 miles, you will be sunning at either Barefoot Beach or Bonita Beach!! Other Beaches & areas to explore are: Sanibel, Marco Island, Lover's Key. Close to all the amenities Naples has to offer & great shopping at Coconut Point & Miramar Outlets! Other nearby activities include: fine dining, golf, mini-golf, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, casino, water park, nightclubs and more:)
The unit includes: a huge walk-in Master closet, a soaking tub in Master Bath. Wifi.

The Carriage Home comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, Large-screen TV, King Bed in M/Bdrm--Queen and Twin Bed in 2nd Bdrm, and a Bunk Bed and a Twin bed in the 3rd Bdrm.

Our focus is to have 1 couple rentals. NO PETS.

Excellent stay in Bonita Springs

Lovely home, well stocked with all you need for a beach vacation. Close to beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants in a well maintained gated community. Derek is a great host and was always available to offer help when needed. We will be back.

Winter Getaway

The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious for 6 guests. Really enjoyed the layout as the master bedroom was separated well from the guest/kids bedrooms which allowed privacy and noise separation. Very relaxing on the private screened in lanai. Owner was prompt with responses and call backs as questions arose. We would definitely rent from this owner again.
