Welcome to Park Avenue #227-1695, a beautifully furnished and generously sized two-bedroom plus loft, three-and-a-half-bath Park City condo rental offering a perfect mix of comfort, space, and location. Nestled alongside the scenic cross-country ski trail and within easy walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort, this 1,610 sq. ft. retreat is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the free Park City transit line—placing the best of Park City lodging right at your doorstep.

This two-story gold-rated Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms and an open loft bedroom, along with three full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and another queen bed in the loft space. The loft is open to the second bedroom, making it ideal for families or close friends sharing the space. This well-appointed rental also includes portable air conditioning units in the living room and the master bedroom for warmer summer months.

Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the unit, along with the added luxury of a private hot tub in the atrium-style courtyard—perfect for soaking under the stars after a day on the slopes or trails. (Please note: private hot tubs are deactivated during summer. Summer activation is available with 72-hour advance notice for $35 per day plus tax.) Park City’s free year-round bus system is easily accessible from the complex, making it easy to explore all corners of town without a car.
