This two-level Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodate families or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom features two twin beds, and the third has another queen. For added flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa—ideal for additional guests.

While the interior has a more retro, older aesthetic that reflects the style of earlier Park City vacation homes, the unit is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for those seeking a relaxed and homey stay in a prime location. The condo is not air conditioned, but fans are provided during the warmer months to help keep guests comfortable. Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process, which requires completion of a short pre-registration form to receive personalized access information. Please note that this rental does not offer a landline phone, and pets are not accepted. Housekeeping services are not included but may be purchased in advance through our Guest Services Office.
