The Space:
Find Dunsborough Beach just beyond your doorstep, perfect for spontaneous swims or simply sinking your toes into the sand whenever the mood strikes. Inside, sunlight pours through the windows, highlighting the warmth of solid wooden floors and inviting living spaces designed for comfort and connection. Downstairs, a cosy lounge offers a perfect retreat for kids, while upstairs, the spacious main living area exudes comfort with plush seating, a crackling combustion fireplace, and bi-fold doors that open to the spectacular deck. Step out to this expansive haven where you can savour sunsets on the lounge, gather around the large dining table, and fire up the gas BBQ, all surrounded by treetop views.
Plan your days in the open-plan dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample prep space for effortless entertaining, while a kitchenette upstairs adds convenience, complete with a second dining table, bar fridge and washing-up facilities. There are three reverse-cycle air conditioners, one in each living area and in the primary bedroom. For those who need to catch up on work, the dedicated office upstairs offers a comfortable desk.
When it’s time to rest, the primary bedroom upstairs offers a peaceful escape with a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in robe, and direct access to the balcony—ideal for morning coffee with a view. Downstairs, two bedrooms are perfect for groups and kids: one with a double bed and a bunk bed and another with a single and bunk bed. The spacious main bathroom features a walk-in shower and shared access with the second bedroom.
For families and pet lovers, the fully enclosed backyard provides a safe play area. With a washing machine and dryer and undercover parking for two cars, every detail has been considered for a hassle-free stay.
A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
