Azotea rises gracefully across three levels, nestled among mature trees and only moments from the shoreline. A secure electric gate opens to a peaceful, private sanctuary where your days will be filled with laughter, lingering meals, and sunset swims. On the ground level, the garden is a haven for fun and relaxation. Fire up the wood-fired pizza oven, challenge your mates to a game of table tennis, or share a barbecue feast beneath the trees.

The first floor welcomes you with a cosy living room, large-screen TV, sleek kitchen with island bench, and an eight-seater dining table. Doors open to a leafy balcony, perfect for quiet mornings. This floor includes three bedrooms: a queen with private en-suite, a twin room, and one with a king single—sharing a family bathroom.

Upstairs, a second self-contained living area mirrors the first, with another lounge, kitchen, and dining space. The upper level also has three bedrooms: a king with en-suite, a queen, and a king single—plus another main bathroom.

Climb the final flight of stairs to reach the home’s showpiece rooftop terrace. Here, a 5-metre plunge pool shimmers under the sky, framed by sweeping views across Geographe Bay. Lounge in the sun, sip wine at the outdoor dining table, or simply take in the changing light over the water.

Azotea includes reverse-cycle air conditioning on both main floors, laundry facilities, off-street parking, and a complimentary bag of wood for the pizza oven.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
