About this property

The Zanthoreas at Dunsborough, close to the town and beach.

This delightful, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features spacious open plan living areas, and a lovely semi-enclosed, child friendly, alfresco BBQ area.

Recently we have renewed the carpet in all bedrooms and installed a new planked floor in the main living areas. This year, we have completely renovated both bathrooms and toilets.

Boats and trailers can be securely stored behind sturdy jarrah gates.

Bed linen including doonas, doona covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and bath mats, is now provided for all beds.

The main bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds, the forth bedroom has 2 bunks and the fifth bedroom has a single bunk. All mattresses are of premium quality to ensure that your stay is comfortable at night as well as during the day.

The lounge room has a leather suite and a 'smart' TV and DVD player.

We have installed fully ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning to the entire house as well as a condenser cloths dryer.

The local area.

The house is located 1.5km (15 minutes walk) to Dunsborough Town center and 800m to the safe and secluded, shaded Old Dunsborough beach.

Two golf courses are nearby and there are plenty of walks through the beautiful Cape Naturaliste National Park.

A short drive will take you to all of the west coast's favorite surf spots and famous diving locations (including the wreck of HMAS Swan) are located nearby.

Of course there are the restaurants, wineries, cheese factories and micro breweries to savor, all within a short drive.

The wonderful limestone caves of the south west, magnificent art galleries and many other attractions are also within easy reach.

All year round vacations.

The south west's mild climate makes Dunsborough an ideal all year round holiday destination. In spring, the wildflowers are delightful, in summer, every day is a beach day, enjoy the extraordinary colours of autumn and relax in a warm house in winter or enjoy a brisk walk beside the wild Indian Ocean.

Over the Christmas and New Year Holiday period and at Easter, we only accept 7 day bookings.

The Zanthoreas was a very comfortable, family friendly house with great indoor and outdoor living areas. The house was well equipped and very well located. We could walk to the boat ramp swimming area, the dog beach area and rode our bikes to the shops.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We could not have asked for a better location or setup for our Christmas Getaway. Everything that we needed was provided and we were so happy we could take our furry family member with us as well. The main bedroom bed was a bit hard for my liking, but we were in abundance or choice for beds which suited us perfectly. 100% recommend for family getaways.

Ideal for family and pets

Spacious and well equipped, efficient heating for cold evenings. Walking distance of Dunsborough town centre (just under 2 kms). We found this to be a good base for exploring the area and as we are all fit, we were able to walk to the centre and to the beach.

Should have booked for the week!

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights at this lovely house. It had everything we needed and a great location. Perfect for two families travelling together, with plenty of parking, and enough room for us to have our own space as well as share the common areas! Highly recommend this house, extremely well priced for the size, the number of people it sleeps, and how nice it is too!

Dunsborough Delight

Zanthoreas is a well set up property perfectly suited to an extended family stay with plenty of room and every modern appliance you could want. Nice secure shady garden that was great for our little dog. A short trip to the beach (we did walk the 1st day but went in the car with boogie boards) I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, well equipped home. Great for large family and secure yard for pets. Plenty of space, seating. Bbq area very roomy, garden lovely and grass area. Spacious kitchen, dining and living room. We had a great time here over the Xmas period. Nice walk to local beach. Close to shops.
