Set in peaceful bushland just minutes from Yallingup Beach, Dunsborough’s vibrant town centre, and world-class wineries, this rural retreat is the perfect base to reconnect with nature and savour the best of the region. Lounge across two inviting living areas with reverse-cycle air conditioning, prepare delicious meals in the compact kitchen or savour alfresco BBQs on the breezy deck. Stay productive in the dedicated workspace, then unwind with a glass of Chardonnay in the tranquil garden.



The Space:

Surrounded by native trees and the soothing chorus of native birds, this retreat showcases rich marri timber floors and calming garden views from every room. Inside, gather for a film on the coral-toned lounges in the main living area, or retreat to the second living area with plush recliners, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace – ideal for curling up with a glass of red wine. During winter, a small starter pack of firewood is provided, with additional wood available from local service stations and hardware stores.



Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. Gather around the eight-seater timber dining table to share food and a bottle of local wine. Step onto the covered deck where an eight-seater table, ceiling fan, and gas BBQ await – perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors. For a quiet moment, settle into the garden setting with a second outdoor dining area, perfect for morning cuppas.



Rest in thoughtfully styled bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Unwind in the king-sized primary suite with private deck access and a calming ensuite featuring a shower and generous vanity. Sleep soundly in the second queen-sized bedroom or settle into the third bedroom complete with a double bed and a workspace for remote days. Two additional bedrooms each offer twin single beds, ideal for kids or friends. These rooms share a family bathroom with a shower and deep tub to soak away the day. Stay fresh with in-house laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.



Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the kitchen and living areas. On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles. Pets are welcome with prior notice, though the yard is not enclosed, and pets must not be left unattended.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just seven minutes away, you’ll find top wineries like Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Marq Wines, and Deep Woods Estate—ideal for a relaxed afternoon among the vines. Less than nine minutes from home, grab a fresh brew at the General Store & Café, then wander over to Caves House for hearty pub meals. For an intimate dinner, Lagoon Yallingup offers exquisite seafood just steps from Yallingup Beach—perfect for morning surfs, coastal walks, or refreshing swims. For family fun, take a quick drive to Country Life Farm or explore ancient rock formations of Ngilgi Cave. Just ten minutes away, Dunsborough’s lively town centre invites you to discover boutique shops, local eateries and even more stunning beaches.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces available onsite.



Airport: 40 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.
