• Second king room, two queen rooms, and one twin room with two singles
• Two bathrooms, including ensuite in the master
The spacious kitchen includes stone benchtops, 900mm oven, dishwasher, and ample prep space. A large dining table connects the kitchen to the main lounge, which flows outdoors to the BBQ and backyard.
Upstairs, a second entertainment zone features a pool table, seating, and balcony, while the separate downstairs theatre room offers movie night potential. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and air-conditioning is available in the main living zones.
