This home was perfect for our week away with family. The host was VERY responsive and made our stay worry-free. The house was huge and had space for everyone in our party. There was plenty of parking. The only disappointment was that we could not use the beautiful fire pit area for s'mores due to the NC burn ban. Fantastic place!

Peter's home was gorgeous. Such a wonderful welcoming layout. It is in a lovely complex that is very private, peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful forest. The house was fully stocked and decorated beautifully. We would love to return again in the future.

Had a great stay at Peter's cabin, ample space for 3 families and the treehouse was a wonderful spot for the kids. The only negative I would say is we had some issues with temperature controls in the rooms (possibly partly due to all the windows) and the towels in the bathrooms were very small. Overall a great weekend and we would definitely return!

Perfect House for a family visit

Wonderful Family Retreat

We enjoyed this house so much! There was room for everyone to eat together and hang out in the living areas, and also room enough for everyone to have privacy at bedtime. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and we loved using the fire pit at night. Terrific location — easy trip to Flat Rock and Hendersonville. We hope to stay here again!

Great Escape to NC

The mountain house is so conveniently located, yet you feel so far away once in the house. Super spacious & comfortable. Wonderful view of the woods & distant mountains. Wonderful long weekend!!

The space inside was wonderful! Several of us commented on it. We had a total of 14. Grandchildren and adults really enjoyed the firepit. Peter answered any questions we had quickly. The view! Wow! We realized how close we were to Skytop Orchard, which we go to when we are in thr area. A must with children!

Perfect mountain spot

House was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, kitchen is well equipped and fire pit was a hit! Our kids loved making smores and sitting outside by the fire. Great mountain getaway

We went for the apple festival in Hendersonville so the area was pretty busy. Loved the house with plenty of room to spread out as well as hang out together in the den and dining room. Kids loved the tree house. Definitely try gem mining and apple picking nearby.

Great setup with gorgeous Mountain Views. Fun game room with foosball, giant connect four, video games. Lots of room and house has great layout. Host very responsive. About 15 minute drive to many restaurants and great grocery store.
