This beach Cottage was exactly as advertised-clean, comfortable, cozy, convenient access 1 block to beach, and cute. It is walkable to the Newport Neach Pier, and many fantastic restaurants are nearby. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The on site parking garage is a bit tight, but it worked well especially on the weekend when parking on the street was scarce. On site washer and dryer is convenient as well. We would stay here again and highly recommended this beach bungalow!
Beach access is located right down the street-literally one block away!

Fashion Island is minutes away and has some great eateries-this is R& D Kitchen
