Newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom, top-floor condo with unobstructed views of the bay. New wood flooring, fresh paint, new window coverings, and brand new living room furniture, this condo is sure to please. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, guest bedroom has a full size bed.

Located in gated South Seas, it is just a short walk to the beach.

This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with pickleball courts, tennis courts, a large heated pool, and boat docks. Please note NO SMOKING is allowed ANYWHERE in condo or on condo grounds and common areas.

Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
