Just as per pictures, great spot. Quite dark inside the house and verandah didn’t actually get much sun until the afternoon, but the view was incredible and such an incredibly lovely thing to wake up to and look out at all day! Kids loved the gentle beach. We ended up not using the main bedroom as was too far from the kids room, but if you had older kids the separation and extra living room would be awesome! Annoying you have to bring your own sheets for such an expensive holiday, I found that a very odd management decision. But overall very happy with the stay

This is a lovely, modern, bright, very spacious apartment right on the beach-only a road and carpark out front. Everything is newish and stylish...you could live there.
A slight problem with the toilet was immediately fixed.Perfect location!

Wonderful apartment and location
Only two complaints.
We cannot complain about the comfort of the apartment or the location at all. The apartment is modern, renovated at some point I’d say, and we’ll appointed with all the creature comforts that keep a young family happy including smart TVs and wifi. The elevator is also a big help.
We did some extra cleaning when we arrived (kitchen and bathrooms) but more so to sanitise... kitchen cupboard were a little marked).
Location is perfect right across from little beach and for me the boat ramp access.
Two complaints:
Pool was unusable due to duck faeces. I reported this on day 1 of our stay and was it addressed until 5 days later, so no pool for the kids.
No water / tap access. I had my boat parked at the ramp. The ramp has no boat cleaning facilities. The apartment complex (strata) would not provide a tap ‘key’ to use the tap. Their excuse; boat parking was not mentioned in the property listing therefore we should not be parking our boat here and therefore no need for water access.
This property has everything you could ask of plus more. It is a beautiful spacious unit in a great location with amazing views. We would 100% stay at this unit again.

Lovely property, but was not informed when making booking that the loft would be out of order on first second and third days of our stay, with my elderly mother and also toddlers was very inconvenient, we should of been made aware of this at time of booking so we could decide to change our travel dates
We stayed 4 nights with friends and this unit was beyond AMAZING. The view was awesome, unit super spacious, well equipt and very modern and clean. We couldn't have asked for better and will return for sure.

Amazing Apartment
We recently spent a week in this amazing unit which is directly opposite Little Beach. Stunning views of the bay abound that include interactions with the abundant wildlife, including the ever present birds and the occasional sighting of dolphins from the balcony. The large size of the unit allowed for a visit from the extended family including grandkids that made full use of the pool. The unit was well equipped both in the kitchen and also with entertainment for the whole family including DVDs, PlayStation and board games which gave it a homely feeling. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the holiday so much that she said " I just want to stay and stay and stay for ever . We will definitely be returning next year for another family holiday

Amazing Apartment....
Our family enjoyed an extended long weekend in this beautifully appointed apartment. We loved the layout of the two living areas which were very spacious & beautifully decorated. We were impressed by the well equipped kitchen & the beds were very comfortable. It was such an amazing view & even though the weather wasn't the best we all enjoyed our stay including a beautiful dinner at the nearby Little Beach Boathouse. Highly recommended & we will definitely stay again Thank you

What a view
You feel like you are right on the water in this beautiful unit with sensational views across the Bay. The unit was very comfy, beautifully furnished and well equipped. It was a bargain compared to other waterfront accommodation I have stayed in. We stayed as an extended family and had plenty of room to spread out in the 2 lovely living areas. A highlight - sitting on the balcony at the end of the day with a drink in hand watching the majestic sunsets over the water. A really lovely place in beautiful Nelson Bay.

This unit rates up with the best accommodation that we have had both locally and overseas. The position is unbeatable with all facilities within a short walk. The unit was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Even though we were holidaying here during some hot days the overhead fans and air conditioning made for a very comfortable stay. Visitors will find themselves spending a lot of time on the balcony watching the ever changing activities at the beach, the shady lawn area and the boat ramp opposite. The unit block boasts secure parking, lifts as well as a stunning swimming pool. The gardens throughout feature a tropical-style planting and compliment the well-maintained complex. This unit is highly recommended and we will certainly return.

Great apartment!
The apartment is beautifully situated, opposite Little Beach. The views are stunning. However, it is directly opposite the boat ramp, and you can be woken by vehicles launching boats early in the morning. It is nicely furnished, and there is sufficient room for 3 couples. The kitchen is fully equipped; even a Nespresso machine is supplied, so bring some capsules. You should also bring bed linen, towels, tea towels, soap, shampoo etc., although you can hire linen at $32 a pack. There is no internet or WiFi provided, so you should also bring your own dongle or use your mobile phone as a hot spot. Also, the two TV's are not connected to Foxtel, although there are DVD players, and there is a speaker through which you can play music from your phone. Security is excellent, with basement parking, front door and lifts secured by the dongle supplied with the apartment key. In summary, a modern, clean, well furnished apartment in a superb location, but let down by some features which would push it into the truly excellent bracket

Great view, but some additional issues need to be addresses. No storage in 3rd bedroom, no ceiling fan in main bedroom. Poor ventilation in main bedroom. Everything else great, including addressing an electrical problem almost immediately.

More than we could have asked for!!!!
The property was the perfect size for 5 adults. It offered zones for everyone to chill. The balcony was pride of place we spent many hours talking to each other watching the water view and the activity across the road. I would recommend Stayz for the pricing which was cheaper than any other waterfront accommodation. Definitely check Stayz out extremely well priced and they offer beautiful apartments like the one we stayed in. So close to many little towns, beaches and activities are by the plenty.

A Getaway from a Getaway
Modern unit with so much space and front line views. We stayed here over the long weekend and absolutely loved it here all the bed rooms were oversized and the living and dinning room was big enough that we didn't feel cramped or on too of eachother (there were 6 of us), had a nice modern feel to the place and was really nice to be able to sit on the balcony for dinner and breakfast and watch the water. When we first walked in we did not expect the place to be as nice as it was. Location was fantastic loved the cocktail place down the road and also close to beach and down. Only bad thing is we didn't not want to leave, will 100% be back :)

Great Unit and Stunning Location

Stunning location with expansive water views. Little Beach at door step and Shoal Bay Beach just a short stroll. A comfortable scenic walk to both Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay town centres.

Great location
Spent 4 nights in this unit and loved the location, the space, and quality furnishings. Access to Little Beach was perfect and the view was stunning. We made use of the pool as well. Being a warm and humid week, air conditioning would have been a welcome comfort. The fans were adequate until it came time to sleep, and then the noise was a problem. The otherwise quality bathroom was let down by a shower that leaked water out onto the tiles during each use. Kitchen was a pleasure to use, and very well stocked. Overall a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Great location but no aircon!!!
The stay was great, fantastic outlook over little beach, great access to the beach and parking was also very easy. The apartment was also very well stocked with all the bits to make the stay enjoyable. There is a small shop next door and it's easy walk to Nelsons Bay. Now the problems...We arrived on a very hot day and there is no Aircon.... What's that about.. No ceiling fans... just a few pedestal fans that made too much noise for the kids to fall asleep. The main bed is like sleeping on concrete, the two other beds were fantastic. Not forgetting the boat ramp opposite which had people unloading their boats from 5am. Lucky we slept in the back rooms on the nice beds
