The huge open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. The living area has ceiling fans and opens out to the balcony with stunning views and beautiful sea breezes that flow through.
If cooking at home is what you're wanting, the unit offers a gas BBQ so you can sit back on the balcony, cook up a storm and watch the beautiful scenery.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, the property provides two undercover car spaces, so park the car and walk along the beautiful foreshore to Nelson Bays restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and the marina, wow how easy is that.

Property needs double glazed windows, noise from road and people on the street is loud...
Softer mattresses and fresh pillows (they were yucky)
Pantry has no basic items - would help if it had sugar, tea and coffee...
Otherwise - beach is heaven!
Easy spot, easy place to stop and good price.

Hi Kate. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately having a prime position waterfront location on a main thoroughfare does come with a little noise. Our listing does state that the property is fully self contained meaning there are no pantry items supplied in the property. McGrath Port Stephens

sensational place
An amazing place with breathtaking views and great central location to town . Being able to see dolphins from balcony is a magic experience. Will definitely be back !
