Catch The Breeze unfortunately does not provide linen for your stay, however please contact us to arrange a linen package for you or should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be needed: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, face washer and bath mat.

Catch The Breeze unfortunately does not supply Wi-fi for your stay.

Security Bond:
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

Nice place pretty much perfect. Although needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It was covered in cobwebs

Spent first few hours cleaning the place. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. It's like the cleaners just tidy up and leave. BBQ was filthy couldn't use it. Beds are old and one of the mattress looked like it was found on the street. Springs and foam showing from the sides. We couldn't use it. Garden was overgrown and covered in cobwebs. It is fenced of for a dog though which was why we chose this place. Other than that the house is absolutely beautiful, it's huge, has a old homely feel to it. We will give it another try sometime in the near future and hopefully this time it would be a little more upkept. It was a shame the effort to keep it clean wasn't put in. I still gave it a high rating because the place is nice overall. Just not upkept.
