Great property and great host

Rick is a great host. He was very responsive with us from the time we reserved the condo and made sure he communicated everything we needed to know to enjoy the property. The condo is lovely and looks over a desert view from the patio. The southwest decorating is a great touch. The furniture and beds are all comfortable and perfect for the condo. It is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and keeping the condo clean. We also really enjoyed the amenities like the pool and gym available in the condo community. We would highly recommend this property, and in fact would have returned next year in March if it had not already been reserved.

This luxury Scottsdale unit exceeded our expectations and really enhanced our vacation.

This unit comes completely as advertised. It has a pleasant desert view, and we found the outdoor patio quiet and private. We were very impressed with the quality of furnishings, linens and towels - they equal any luxury hotel - and the unit was immaculately clean. The high-end kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen itself is very well equipped to handle any cooking requirements. The heating/cooling in the unit worked great - the system responds very quickly to the electronic thermostat. The unit is spacious with opportunity to spread out and get some privacy if desired - which our young-adult daughters appreciated. It has a desk area with printer, which came in handy at times. The complex itself is quiet and very well maintained; the two pools are nicely landscaped and heated well enough to enjoy even when the weather dipped into the 50s. The gym area had the essentials, if a bit on the small side. The location of the complex is great; the nearby community has numerous walking trails to enjoy; extensive shopping and entertainment is only a few minutes away by car; and freeway access is easy. Equally important to our stay was the unit's ownership. Rick provided us with very detailed instructions and helpful videos prior to arrival, as well as a useful manual on-site. He was proactive in contacting us on how things were going and very responsive to any real-time questions or issues. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends/family and absolutely would stay here again.

Great Location, up to date and spacious

Rick was a great host and wanted to make sure the renters are treated like a luxury hotel. Property was comfortable and many amenities provided. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance for groceries, restaurants and other services.

Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, peaceful area, & wonderful location!

This place is a gem! Newly renovated & tastefully decorated, this place instantly makes you feel at home. Comfortably appointed within a peaceful community, this condo is laid out well, and can easily accommodate 4-6 people. The master is separate from the other bedrooms, and is very spacious. The back patio area is peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee. The pool, hot tub, and work-out facility is just a two minute walk away. Also, the general location of this unit is so close to many great golf courses, the Waste Management golf tournament, fabulous restaurants, shopping, hiking, and just a 25-30 min. drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. But the number one reason that makes for a fabulous stay is the availability to reach the home owner, and Rick was the best!! From questions we had prior to booking, after we booked, and upon our arrival, Rick answered our calls & questions immediately, and made sure that our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
