The perfect location in the heart of Newport Beach. Close to restaurants, shops, events, and clubs. It is literally 5 second walk to the beach. So if your swimming, sunning, playing, or just relaxing in the sand, you are close enough to just walk back to the house for any needs such as food, water, restroom break. The beauty of the house is that it comes with 3 parking spots, which is unheard of in the beach area and more than appreciated come Summer time. All new beds with new bedding, flat screen in each room, will sleep up to 9 comfortably. Coin-op washer and dryer, BBQ, and all the small appliances in the kitchen to make you as comfortably as in your own home.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our beach house trip to Newport!! The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms, nice sized kitchen and cute balcony for people watching. This location is so close to the beach, no need to pack up your car and drive anywhere. My kids walked across the street to a coffee shop a few of the mornings. We also door dashed dinner a few nights and Vons is super close for groceries. We also brought our electric bikes with us as there’s a bike lane right in front of the house. You have 3 parking spots in the back of the house which is super convenient. The coin op laundry is a plus! Don’t forget your quarters!! Brian was super nice and we can’t wait to book our Newport trip for next summer! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beach house!

Best Vacation We've Had!

We loved our stay in this lovely, clean beach house! It was surreal to be so close to the beach- it's been a dream of mine to do this. We loved that we could park our cars and spend the rest of our vacation on our bikes to ride on the boardwalk to different meals and activities. The Morgan and Diane were amazing and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a comfortable and memorable stay. This was the best vacation we've had as a family!

Long Weekend Getaway

This property was everything we wanted! More than enough beds/bedrooms and right on the beach. Very clean and the host was extremely helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay again!
