Featuring a large rooftop patio, it's an ideal spot to enjoy cool ocean breezes with a cup of coffee in the morning or BBQ and soak in stunning views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets in the evenings.

As you walk into the kitchen area upstairs , a dining room table alongside the breakfast bar invites you to relax with a meal or a drink. The living area features a comfortable couch and a flat screen TV and fireplace.

*Oceanfront Unit & Patio are PrivateThis Home does not have access to the oceanfront patio. Beach is accessed via 60th St.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Occupancy (Day & Nighttime), Pets, Parties, Smoking (Marijuana & Vaping included), and ESPECIALLY NOISE VIOLATIONS.

***FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION***

-This is a Duplex Home. The Beachfront Unit & Patio belongs to other tenants
-There is no Oceanview from the Home or Bedrooms (Only from the rooftop deck)
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-No rooftop Patio noise after 10 pm.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay.

PETS

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

Newport Stay
We were extremely happy with this location. It met all of our expectations. It was just like the pictures showed. We had plenty of room and very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it.

Pictures Can Deceive
Looks like it's close to the beach but you can't actually access the beach from the house. The owner has not provided access without walking out to the street and down to a cross street. Master bedroom doesn't have much airflow so opening windows leaves you listening to cars racing up and down Highway 1.
