The Surf Casita is a new luxury beach spot with high-end modern beach decor.

Just 100 feet from the water, we are centrally located by the Newport Pier / McFadden's Wharf where restaurants and shopping abound. The downstairs of a duplex, you'll be right next to the yachting/sailing harbor and just a 2-min walk to the ocean with some of the nicest beaches in town. You will be in quiet area, but just a short stroll to all the action. You can even hear the waves breaking at night when the conditions are right!

You will be in the heart of everything! Visit the bike & water sports rental at the end of the street and launch your paddle board or kayak right by the house. Take a pleasant bike ride on the ocean boardwalk to the Balboa "Fun Zone" and combine it with a ferry ride to Balboa Island for lunch. If you have little ones, "Mom's beach" and Marina Park on the harbor is just around the corner. Surf classes are also offered at our beach. We have a local farmers market here every Sunday with fresh bread, pastries, honey, organic fruits, etc. There's so much to take advantage of right here and you'll be in one of the best locations in Newport.

As noted, this is a duplex with 1 parking spot in a shared 2-car garage. However, this is the only shared space and everything is very private with separate entrances, etc.

This place is truly a high style escape. Great for both couples and families. Relax and enjoy a rejuvenating and memorable vacation. We call it Newport Retreat.

Highly Recommend

The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room had comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxing in the evenings. Equally as great as the home was the location - quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ron, the host, was a pleasure. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Place with Quick Walk to Beach

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It is a super quick walk to the beach/boardwalk which was very nice. Beach chairs and towels for us to use was a nice added benefit. Everything is new and updated, we wish could have stayed longer.

Stupendous Stay at the Surf Casita

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property for a week. It is modern, fresh, clean and packed with amenities. We loved being minutes from the beach (a short walk), boats, food and drink. We also liked that we were on a small, quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Ron is a fabulous host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was very well presented with updated finishes, furnishings and amenities. The location is great with easy access to the harbor and ocean beaches. The technology was a little challenging at first but after awhile it was manageable. The host Ron was easy to reach by phone or text. All and all a great place to vacation and relax.

I've lived in Newport Beach most of my life and enjoy surfing and paddle boarding. It's like being on vacation 365 days per year! I live in the upper unit of this duplex and am available whenever you need something. I can get you up to speed and all that the area offers and make sure your stay is memorable. There is so much to do here.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located with both beach and bay right here, we completed a 1-year renovation at the end of 2022, so it's fresh and new with all the latest comforts and features. Great for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families with kids/pet, or a relaxing refuge for a business trip. If you come in mid-December, you can watch the Newport Beach Christmas right here.

What makes this property unique

The private outdoor patio really adds to the experience. We have air conditioning for the hot summer months and offer secure garage parking with fast EV charging, but you won't need to drive much since everything is close. We are less than 15 minutes from the Orange County/John Wayne (SNA) airport and just 12 miles to Disneyland.
