We were extremely happy with this location. It met all of our expectations. It was just like the pictures showed. We had plenty of room and very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved renting to this group! They were clean, courteous, easy to communicate with, and respectful of our home. We would be happy to have them stay again at any home managed by Tower 17 Properties.
Beautiful rooftop view of the ocean, plenty of space for my family to stay, and there is a garage for one car! So needed in that neighborhood. Literally steps to the beach. Dog friendly. I would definitely go back.

Great location and rooftop view
Great location on beach, despite PCH road noise, within a short walk to good restaurants. Great rooftop view. Garage very tight. Several items in disrepair and the property was not as clean as it should be.
This is the second time I have booked a house in Newport Beach via VRBO and both times I ended up getting a back house without direct access to the beach. The description needs to list what unit you're booking and what it has access to.

Mediocre, at best
Pros: check-in was fairly easy. Code to unlock the door and garage were already programmed so no issues accessing the property. The flooring in the half bath, bedrooms and master bath were all updated as well as the cabinets in the master bath. Master bathroom shower was amazing! No blinds on the bathroom windows though, but were high enough that nobody could see in (I hope!). Although the property doesn't have direct beach access, it's just steps away from the sand and was a quick walk around the corner. The rooftop deck had a decent view of the ocean as long as you were standing.Cons: property really needs to invest in several things. Kitchen garbage can was rusted. Kitchen was VERY poorly stocked. 5 forks, even though it's supposed to accommodate 6. Silverware was also old and unmatched. Old pots and pans with burn marks. Ice maker in freezer was broken so we had to keep buying ice from the store. No large pots or bowls so if you're wanting to toss a salad, mix anything, or cook spaghetti for 6 people, forget it. Not the owner's fault, but the house is right next to PCH. LOTS of traffic noise, especially from bullet bikes, even at 2am. It was awful. We've stayed in several beach homes and sleep with the windows open since they typically don't have a/c, but this wasn't possible due to the noise. Woke up to ants the day we checked out. We made the week work, but we wouldn't stay here again.
Looks like it's close to the beach but you can't actually access the beach from the house. The owner has not provided access without walking out to the street and down to a cross street. Master bedroom doesn't have much airflow so opening windows leaves you listening to cars racing up and down Highway 1.
