Close to Shopping Praiamar (channel 5), in the surroundings there are dozens of bars and restaurants among them: Subway, Pizza-Hut, Mc Donalds, Rest. Japanese Nagoya, Churrascaria Monte Carlo, Cantina Bella Bambina, Pizzaria Passarela, Rest. Mexicano D´Boa, Rest. Fish and Seafood: Vista ao Mar, Bar do Toninho (King of codfish cake). Bakery and pharmacy are behind the building, Pão de Açúcar supermarket on the side of the building.

Prédio é antigo mesmo, já foi restaurada a fachada e a pintura interna ! Quando vc esteve lá o apto do andar superior teve problema com vazamento de água do registro da descarga que vazou pela laje para o meu apto . Tudo foi resolvido após seu check-out ! Lugar prático , aconchegante e com uma vista maravilhosa

O ap é situado em ótima localidade, estávamos com duas crianças e não precisamos tirar o carro da garagem e mesmo quando utilizamos uber, sempre taxa mínima. O Silvio proprietário é super atencioso, prestativo e nos forneceu todo o suporte necessário, amamos a viagem e com certeza voltaremos!

Apartamento em excelente localização, aconchegante , o apto têm uma vista linda da Praia do Embaré , todo o comércio necessário para uma boa estádia está próxima ao prédio. O proprietário Sr. Silvio Costa é muito atencioso e nos deu todas as coordenadas para uma estádia tranquila. Pretendemos voltar em breve.
