What a special stay. The house manages to feel incredibly luxurious while still retaining all the character and soul of an old home. There were thoughtful, high-end touches throughout—from the plush robes and amazing shower to the beautiful finishes and details that made the entire stay feel indulgent.But what I loved most was something completely unexpected. Staying here became a bit of a sentimental journey. There were moments of tactile déjà vu that brought back memories of childhood—the feel of the glass doorknobs in my hand, the layout of the house, creak of wooden floors, wooden drawers in the kitchen that sometimes needed a little persuasion, and even the sound of the train. Little things I hadn't thought about in years suddenly felt wonderfully familiar as all of these were experiences at my grandmother's house.It's rare to find a place that can feel both elevated and authentic at the same time. This one does. I came expecting a beautiful place to stay and left with an experience that felt unexpectedly personal. Truly memorable.

This is a top notch property. Very well furnished and equipped. Good fenced backyard for playing with our dog. The location couldn’t be better. Easy walk to several restaurants and galleries. My wife and I agreed that it is a place we could happily live in for an extended period of time

We have stayed here twice now over the years with our dogs and both times it was perfect for us and our pets. The house is clean, uncluttered, has full amenities and is in a perfect location in Marfa. The hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly. Thank you! We hope to return in the future.
