Centrally located townhouse with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. You will not need to worry about car parking. You are only a minute from the main street. It is a split level townhouse and very modern in style and good quality furnishings. Ideal for a large family or 2 couples. For the summer it also has air conditioning.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location
Great location in heart of Lorne. Short stroll to shops. Lock up garage on bottom level was good with laundry. Good set up for cooking - plenty of implements. Upstairs lounge living area with balcony was great with some sea views. Plenty of beds on next level. Main king sized bed was extremely firm, but double bed in second bedroom was softer. Bedrooms can get a bit stuffy. Overall enjoyed stay.

Great location.
We stayed at the townhouse between Christmas and New Year. The location as fantastic and being able to lock the cars in a secure garage under the townhouse for the time was reassuring. We liked that all linen and towels were included. Wifi is great as is the Netflix and pay tv. Air Con in the living area. The downside - the bedrooms have no aircon and are hot when the weather heats up.. so much so that we left a day early.
