Set over three levels Sandy Beach One affords guests the ability to congregate or separate with ease. Rumpus room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor are flanked by a tile undercover private courtyard with outdoor setting. Two further bedrooms occupy the mid level with one en-suited and a main bathroom. Upstairs a spacious open plan kitchen dining & lounge area awaits. Boasting polished wood floors, ocean views, stone bench top, breakfast bar and enclosed deck, this space is all about coming together. With a location so central you will be lucky to dry off on the way back from the beach, Sandy Beach One is the ultimate choice for convenience, comfort and class.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
