Beachside Villa - Free WIFI & Pets Welcome

This delightful, well presented and centrally located property is only 40 metres from the beach, just off the Great Ocean Road. A short walk will take you to the town center where you can enjoy the shopping or simply relax in one of the many cafes and restaurants. Located just a hop, step and a jump from Apollo Bays magnificent beach, you can literally hear the waves and smell the salt air.

The property is perfect for two couples wanting to holiday together or for a family of four just wanting to get away from it all.

Master bedroom is bright and airy, with queen bed, portable electric heating, 2 bedside lamps and cabinets, doona & carpet flooring. You can see the ocean from your large bedroom window.

Second bedroom with 2 x king singles, reading lamp and cabinet, carpet flooring.

Lounge room with reverse cycle heating and cooling, flat screen television with remote, DVD player with remote, Ipod dock with remote, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater couches. There is also a small selection of books and games for the whole family, together with a selection of DVDs for those wishing to just relax and enjoy.

Kitchen has an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave oven, coffee plunger, Xpressi coffee machine, toaster, crockery, electric jug, utensils.There is a large dining alcove off the kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs.

The spacious bathroom has a shower over bath, large vanity and toilet. The washing machine is also located within the bathroom together with tiled flooring.

With a great holiday price, affordable for all those wanting a relaxing break, we offer a bright, and sunny property, light filled, with a small private courtyard at the rear of the property where you can take advantage of the BBQ and enjoy those balmy summer evenings or just relax with a glass of wine with friends and family.

Property Was in an excellent location , 1.00 minute walk to Beach. Very comfortable especially the Queen bed, Cleaner's need to move thing's around for cleaning,Couch was very dirty underneath, and needed steam cleaning, Back yard could do with a trim and maintanence, Don't expect Perfection But at a cost it all count's

Stunning location on the beach

The accommodation was wonderful, across the road from the beach & within walking distance to Apollo Bay township. The sights of the area wete amazing, the town nice & neat but not amazing

Winter Getaway!

Comfortable stay only a stones throw from the beach and an easy walk into the town. We took our 2 dogs and we all had a blast!

Great place for a family getaway

Great property. Walking distance to the main strip in Apollo Bay but far enough to have privacy. Could hear the ocean clearly at night. Good selection of board games, DVDs and books. Recommend for a relaxing weekend away with the family.

Good little unit in a great spot

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The unit is bright and comfortable with all the utilities you need, good comfy bed. The location is fantastic, less than 100m from the beach and as others have said the sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night.

Perfect position

Perfectly positioned, for a dip in the sea, without the need to pack everything and drag it down to the beach, walking distance to shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. There is no need to constantly take the car and look for parking. Very comfortable and clean apartment with the sounds of the sea to lull you to sleep in very comfy beds.

I was disappointed as I probably naively expected the unit would be the one pictured on the website. It was the rear one, with no view except a fence, or our car. Couldn't help the weather but ultimately we left 2 days early as we were cold and miserable.

The property photos clearly show that this unit is set back from the main road and other units/ driveways are in front of the ocean views. Unfortunately the weather can be pretty average this time of the year, but this out of our hands. Since there were no issues at the house that made you leave early, we don't feel like your review is a fair reflection of the property.

Perfect weekend away

The property delivered in all aspects thats for sure! Perfect location to both the beach and main strip of Apollo Bay and everything inside the villa was gorgeously presented with everything you need for a great getaway. Listening to the waves crashing as you drift off to sleep was bliss and the kids loved being able to see the water for the beautiful front deck. Loved our stay and would definitely love to stay again.

The property was well situated and a few minutes walk from the town. The property was well equipped for a family of four and well furnished. Although clean, the property could do with a deep clean and dust of many areas such as ceilings, window seals and corners of each room. An enjoyable stay overall.

Great location cozy space

We have visited Apollo bay for a family event. The unit is in a great location and well kept inside and has most of the amenities we were after. However, we weren't quite happy with the cleanliness or the overall space, would recommend a detailed deep clean in all spaces - apart from this the apartment has perfectly completed our needs for a long weekend. Overall it was a great stay.

The house was so cold. It only had one heater in the main living area and the rooms were freezing. Also having to bring all your own sheets, towels etc was a bit of a pain for people traveling long distances.

This is the first review this property has had, I can tell you, that there have been many guest through this property and we have yet to receive a negative review apart from yours. Reverse cycle A/C is offered in the property and I am sure not being a large interior would have warmed the whole unit. In relation to Linen, the property Website specifies that Linen is not Provided, it also states that Linen Hire is available if you wish to hire Linen. I can tell you that Linen not Provided at properties in Apollo Bay is fairly standard, however, this is changing as property owners are progressively converting to Linen Provided. I suggest next time you stay in Apollo Bay just check the Property website prior to booking. Kind Regards
