The Ground floor features one of two Living areas, large separate laundry, impressive main bathroom with separate bath, shower & toilet and 3 bedrooms.

The 1st Level, consists of a light filled, bright and airy open plan living area with Kitchen, second Living area, dining, main bedroom with large modern en suite with double basin set, separate shower and toilet, large balcony with BBQ & table and chairs and a separate 3rd toilet.

Outdoors consists of an outdoor shower, 1st level large balcony with ocean/marina/Otway views, BBQ, table & chairs, 4 car parking (off street)

Not happy with the accomodation in 25 campbell court, Apollo bay

The check in process was too complicated. I paid double the amount of normal price as it’s peak time, but when we arrived at the property it wasn’t cleaned so we had to wait another two hours to get it cleaned. All of the couches were unclean and stained . Very old furniture and the outdoor furniture was rusted. Cobwebs everywhere. Mattresses had blood stains on it. No toilet rolls or any other necessary requirements available. I was expecting a much better experience. The house is new but all furniture is old and unclean (stained) cobwebs and spiders were everywhere . I wish I could upload some photos . Unfortunately there’s no option to upload pictures here. I will never recommend anyone to this property and demand a refund.

Great location

The spacious property was located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to a magnificent beach. Our first stay at Apollo Bay was an awesome experience. We will definitely visit again and hopefully at the same residence.
