Two story and surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, the home embraces minimalist Hampton's style to frame the majestic ocean views. Ascending from street level the main open plan living area hits you like a warm sea breeze.
Soaring ceilings, timber floors, elegant furnishings and soft styling all work together in this light filled beach retreat. The impressive kitchen, lounge and dining areas extend towards a spacious deck overlooking Loutitt Bay and the Lorne Pier. Two separate full length double sliding doors create a fabulous indoor/outdoor living space.
Flanking and slightly elevated to the living area is the master bedroom. Also boasting ocean views and separate deck access, the bedroom is fully en suited and a place for the king and queen of the family to retreat. This level also includes a study nook perfect for knocking out a few emails or simply basking in the afternoon sun with a good book in hand.
Central to the lower level is the second living area which leads you to a delightful terraced backyard. If the sun is out, this is the place to be. A grassed area is perfect for some outdoor games or simply soaking up the rays. Heading back inside, as you would expect, the second living room is well equipped for the kids with large screen TV, games, movies and more. Two bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry flank this space with a fourth kids bedroom back up a tier towards the main entrance.
Other features include outdoor shower, powder room upstairs, off street parking, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, open wood fire, WiFi and gas BBQ.
Belvedere Four is not over the top. It is simply a lovely beach house with an incredibly warm welcoming feel that opens its doors to you.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
