This is a great unit/townhouse just up the hill from the very centre of town and the main swimming/surf beach. It is modern, spacious with all the facilities you would need for a great holiday or weekend. Excellent ocean views are also a great bonus. Slow combustion fire and reverse cycle heating/air conditioning. Other features also include Electric roller shutter garage door



Strict no party policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc.) See terms and conditions



Forced move in days may apply over peak times. See terms and conditions



Linen provided



Pet friendly



Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.



Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.



Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great week with adult children popping in and out , wonderful view, very relaxing time

Great house , great view , clean and easy to keep neat and tidy ! Unfortunately the stove top only two burners worked and stayed alight other wise all was lovely !

Fantastic Views

Large house, with plenty of room for the family, perfect if you have teenage/adult children or two couples as one bedroom upstairs, two downstairs with a second bathroom. Great views from the balconey. The garage was handy, and comfortable home. House is up a big hill, so be prepared to walk or drive down to the shops, although they are close by.

BEAUTFUL VIEWS

Peaceful location with spacious deck to sit and watch the ocean. If you don't mind a steep uphill walk you can leave the car in the lock up garage for your whole visit. Lorne has everything you could want for a beach holiday which is why we keep coming back. One note - there is no cd player as listed on the site so being your own speaker for music.

Amazing View

Great place for a family holiday. The view was spectacular and the house was very well equipped. Parents retreat upstairs was particularly comfortable and the garage was a bonus for ease of access. Bathrooms and laundry excellent. We will book again if owners keep a similar price which is reasonable. Extra fridge in the garage would be handy.

Great for families!

Great location, a steep walk up a hill but loved the views, so it was worth it! Also lock up garage was a bonus. Good setup for families with 2 rooms and bathroom downstairs and main bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Noted there was beach equipment (toys, chairs, etc) but was not sure we could use them so would have been good to know. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery and utensils. Would book this place again.

So comfortable and easy with great views

Such a warm and comfortable beach house- set up just like home. From the double garage with perfectly stacked firewood, to the balcony with stunning uninterrupted views over the coastline. Spacious, and great for a family with cosy beds. Great for a shared family holiday with kids and grandparents. We'll be back. Again.

This property was very homely however needs some attention to maintenance. Owners were unaware of damage already done to the property. Would stay agin though.
