E306 - This three bedroom condo has a coveted large terrace balcony with a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room allowing for versatile sleeping arrangements. The terrace balcony is the perfect place to gather and watch the dolphins play and the waves roll in off the Gulf! Full sized washer and dryer in unit, Cox Cable and free Wifi. Requires a seven night, Saturday - Saturday stay in the summer.

Swimming pool was nice. Beach access was convenient. Kitchen could have used more dishes, especially bowls. The burners on the stove were not great. One of them didn’t work at all. The third bedroom was definitely needing some maintenance. Closet handle was missing, one of the lamps didn’t have a bulb, and there were lamps stored in the only small closet in the room. Had to remove one of them to make room to hang some clothes. The bed was not very comfortable, and the headboard was so loose that it hit the wall every time you moved in the bed. The other 2 bedrooms were fine.I would stay at this property again, but not in this condo, unless some upgrades/ maintenance is done.

Large balcony ,private and no noise since it is a corner condo

Needed some updates but great for 3 families with a lot of room. Great breeze with a corner balcony
