W1104-This two bedroom unit was completely renovated in March of 2012. This unit has brand new tile in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, walk in closet, master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. The unit has fresh paint throughout. There are flat screen televisions in the master bedroom and guest bedroom; the living room has a new 50" TV and sleeper sofa. The guest bedroom is also equipped with a Blu-Ray player. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances: oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as of January 2013. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the balcony which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit allows monthly rentals during the winter months. December to March 1.
