This tastefully decorated beach house is in fantastic condition, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and spacious lounge and dining room.

This property has two car spaces, pool, ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the lounge room. There is even enough room to park your boat! All you have to do is walk in, relax and start enjoying the lifestyle.

On your doorstep are remarkable walkways that follow the coastline, and it's only a very short stroll to the patrolled Kings Beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect beach house

Cool, breezy and relaxing. Had everything we needed and a wow factor with the set up and view.

Unfortunately this home is not as advertised

A wonderful location close to Kings Beach. The home itself is quite old and run down. Not at all as light and airy as it appears to be in the photographs. The property in front is under construction and a 2 story home has obstructed the beautiful view advertised in the photos. The yard has a large lawn space but unfortunately it is not enclosed so there isn’t a safe area for children to play.
